This Agreement is entered between Elixir Technologies Private Limited (“Elixir”, “we”, “us”) and you, a licensed healthcare provider (“Practitioner”) who wishes to offer consultations via the Elixir Platform.

1. Practitioner Responsibilities

  • You represent that you hold valid medical qualifications and licenses as per applicable law.

  • You shall update your profile and availability regularly.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of medical advice, diagnosis, or prescriptions provided through the Platform.

2. Compliance Obligations

  • Comply with all medical regulations, privacy laws, telemedicine guidelines, and ethical standards.

  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

  • Obtain informed consent from patients as applicable for online consultations.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Consultation fees shall be agreed upon at the time of onboarding.

  • Payments will be disbursed to you after deduction of Elixir’s platform fees, processing charges, and applicable taxes.

4. Record-Keeping

  • You agree to maintain complete consultation records as legally required.

  • Elixir may store records on your behalf, but you remain ultimately responsible for compliance.

5. Liability

  • Elixir provides only a technology platform and is not responsible for medical advice rendered.

  • Any malpractice, negligence, or legal claims arising from your consultation shall be your sole responsibility.

6. Termination
